By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1 Intellectual Property.
All contents available on our website, such as text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Aileadtech and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Without our explicit written permission, you are strictly prohibited from using, copying, modifying, or distributing any of our content.
2 Services.
We provide a range of training services focused on data science, data analytics, data engineering, and product development. Please note that we retain the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time, without prior notification.
3 Payment.
When you purchase our training services, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to our policy. We accept payments through credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Payment for our training services is required in advance unless we have agreed upon an installment plan. If you have chosen an installment plan, failure to make payment on the due date will result in deactivation of your course access. Payment for our products must be made at the time of purchase. Delayed payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
4 Confidentiality.
We value the confidentiality of our clients' information and will undertake reasonable measures to safeguard it. While providing our services, we may need to share specific details with our employees or contractors, but we assure you that we will always do so in a manner that preserves your confidentiality.
5 Limitation of Liability.
Aileadtech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from or relate to the use of our website or training services.
6 Modifications.
We retain the right to alter these terms and conditions without any prior notice. Your continued usage of our website and services implies your acceptance of the latest version of these terms and conditions.
7 Customer Rights.
At Aileadtech, we are committed to providing high-quality training services to all of our clients. We also believe in respecting our clients' rights and interests. As a client of Aileadtech, you have the following rights:
Right to access: You have the right to access the training services you have purchased, as well as the accompanying materials and resources.
Right to feedback: We encourage your feedback and suggestions to improve our services.
Right to refunds: We offer refunds within 5 days before course start date, subject to our refund Policy
Right to clear communication: We are committed to maintaining clear and transparent communication about our training services, including fees, schedules, and other important information.
At Aileadtech, we prioritize your rights and interests as a client, and we are available to address any questions or concerns promptly.
Payment Policy
1 Payment Terms.
For our training services, payment is required upfront unless you have arranged an installment plan with us. If you're on an installment plan, payments must be made on or before the due date, otherwise your course access will be deactivated.
2 Late Payments.
In the event that payment for our training services is not received by the stipulated deadline, we retain the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is rendered.
Refund, Cancellation, and Deferment Policy
This document outlines the procedures and guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and deferments for participants enrolled in any of Aileadtech's training programs, whether virtual or physical.
Cancellation of Program and Training:
Upon registration and payment for a course, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
Course cancellations must be requested as "course cancellation" at least 5 working days before the course start date, as publicly listed on our website.
Late payments made within 5 days of the course start date forfeit the option to cancel.
Aileadtech reserves the right to reschedule courses, with notice provided at least 2 working days before the scheduled start date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the program and training have commenced.
Change of Course:
Requests to change a course that has already begun require approval from the Aileadtech Academic team.
An administrative fee of 5% applies to course changes initiated after the course start date.
Change requests can only be made up to 1 day before the training begins.
Upon approval, full payment for the new course is required before processing any refund for the previously enrolled course.
Refund Procedure:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, including reasons for the refund.
Once a refund request is received, learners will be sent a refund form via email to complete.
Refund requests must be made at least 5 days before the course start date for approval.
Refunds for course cancellations will be processed within 10-15 working days, while refunds for erroneous or overpayments will be processed within 5 working days.

Program Deferment:
Participants unable to begin a program as scheduled may defer to the next cohort.
Deferral is only permitted to the immediate next cohort; deferral beyond this is not allowed.
Refunds will not be processed for deferred programs, and the participant forfeits the paid amount.
Program Access:
Participants have access to the Aileadtech learning platform for one year after program completion.
Access will be revoked after this period.
Participants requesting refunds or program cancellations after the class has begun will lose access to the platform and its content.
Protection of Our Team:
At Aileadtech, the safety and well-being of our team members are fundamental principles guiding our operations. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior directed at our staff. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of access to our training services, should such behavior occur.
We expect all interactions with our staff to be conducted with respect and professionalism at all times. Should you encounter any issues or concerns regarding our staff or training services, we encourage you to promptly notify us so that appropriate measures can be taken.
